Jim Klodowski Marks 10 Years at Harness Technology

It doesn't seem possible it's been a decade since Jim came on board, doubling the size of the company. Back in 1999 we were tinkering with Windows 98 on the desktop and Microsoft's NT 4.0 was battling Novell's Netware for market dominance on the server (we all know how that worked out).

From then until now, Jim has provided unparalleled support to customers, always responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. If Jim doesn't know the answer (which is rare) he makes it his mission to find the answer to a user problem or tricky server issue.

Like I've told everyone for years, Jim is the best Windows support guy in Boston. Congratulations on 10 years Jim!

Tower Glass signs Managed SystemCare Agreement

Tower Glass Company, located in Woburn, MA, has signed a 5-year agreement with Harness Technology to provide fixed-cost IT support through their Managed SystemCare program. Harness has provided support to Tower Glass since 2003 under a conventional hourly rate model. Joe Peterson, V.P. of Tower Glass, said "Because we know and trust Harness Technology as our IT consultant, it makes sense to go to a fixed fee model so we can predict our costs, have our network monitored, and get the best pricing and response times when issues come up."

Managed SystemCare is a program that includes 24/7/365 monitoring, vendor management, rapid help desk response and "all-you-can-eat" fixed pricing.
